Shipping & Returns

Turnaround time: We process and ship within 48 hours. We will email or call you if a product is out of stock. We’ll advise you if a substitution can be made.

Shipping method: Shipping to U.S. addresses is by US postal service.

Shipping charge:We charge a flat rate of $12.95. Orders of $125 or more receive free shipping.

Tracking: We track all orders so please contact us if you haven’t yet received your tea.

Returns & Exchanges:

We strive to please! If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any product you purchased in the last 30 days, please email us at sales@cardamomandcurry.com to let us know.

Damaged or incorrect products will be quickly replaced at our expense.

If a product is out of stock, we will call you to discuss a replacement before we ship.

If you are not satisfied with the product because of taste, etc., you are welcome to send it back at your expense. When we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
