Most spice blends won’t tell you where their cardamom comes from. Some won’t even confirm there’s real cardamom in there. We think that’s strange. Every ingredient in every blend we make has a name, an origin, and a reason for being there. That’s just how our family has always cooked.
We source whole. Always.
Pre-ground spices lose their character fast. We source whole ingredients and grind or blend them as close to packaging as possible. That’s not a differentiator. That’s just the only way it tastes right.
Origin isn’t a detail, it’s the whole point.
The combinations we use today came from watching family cook the same way, every morning, without measuring anything. That consistency wasn’t discipline. It was just how things were done.
If we can’t name it, it doesn’t go in.
“Natural flavors” is a term that can legally cover a wide range of things the label doesn’t have to spell out. We find that uncomfortable. If something is in our tin, it has a name, and that name is on the label. That’s been our standard from the beginning and we don’t plan to revisit it.
Every product is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and sugar free.
We list each of these out specifically because “all natural” and “clean” don’t actually tell you anything. You deserve to know exactly what’s in the tin and exactly what isn’t. So we just say it plainly and let you decide from there.

It means exactly what it says. Every product we make is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and sugar free. We list each one explicitly because we think you should know specifically what you’re not getting, not just what sounds reassuring.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship direct to consumers across the United States. Every order also includes a free tea pouch, our way of taking a little off the top of what shipping costs you.
What if the blend I want is sold out?
It happens sometimes. When it does, we’ll reach out directly and either point you toward the next closest thing or let you know the moment your blend is back.
Can I set up a recurring order?
