We sell teas, spices, soaking salts, and finishing salts, all prepared and packaged in Bedminster, Pennsylvania. We describe our products in terms of their traditional, culinary, and holistic value. This is important, so please read carefully. Our products are not intended to be used as medicine, and we do not provide medical, health, or therapeutic advice. 5. Food Safety and Proper Use

We prepare our products with care and in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania food regulations. Even so, proper storage and handling after delivery are your responsibility. Therefore, please follow any storage instructions provided, keep products sealed and away from moisture, and observe any “best by” dates. In addition, soaking salts are intended for external use only and should not be ingested, whereas finishing salts and culinary spices are intended for food use as labeled.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider, and you agree to their terms as well.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it within a reasonable timeframe, and we will provide tracking where available. However, please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, since carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Furthermore, title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the package. Because our products are perishable food items, please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns for opened items. 9. Events

We host ticketed tea-tasting and Ayurvedic wellness events from our home in Bedminster, PA. The following terms apply to event participation:

• Tickets and payment. Event tickets must be purchased in advance, and prices are listed at the time of registration.

10. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk associated with the use of our products and attendance at our events. Moreover, Cardamom & Curry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, website, or events. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cardamom & Curry, along with its owners and representatives, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our products or services, your attendance at our events, or your violation of these Terms.
